This once-off fee covers:

  • Your PSIRA registration process

  • Uploading of your course reports after successful completion of your closed-book examination

If you are already registered with PSIRA and have paid your registration fee directly to them, this additional payment is not required.

Booking Fee

A R150 class booking fee applies.

  • This fee is non-refundable.

  • If you do not attend your scheduled class and fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance, a new booking fee of R100 will be required to reschedule.

Progression Between Grades

To advance to a higher grade, you must first complete the preceding level.

For example:

  • To obtain Grade C (required for Armed Response), you must first complete Grade E, then Grade D, and thereafter Grade C.

  • To progress to Grade B, you must hold Grade C.

  • To progress to Grade A, you must hold Grade B.

Please note:

  • Armed Response (Grade AR) is not required to progress to Grades B or A.

  • However, Grade C is required before enrolling for Grade B, and Grade B is required before enrolling for Grade A.

  1. Purchase your course manual from our office reception.

  2. Take the manual home and complete the open-book tests in black pen.

  3. You will receive a class date upon purchase of your manual.
