1024k has a threshold of 60 Gig

 

4096k has a threshold of 100 Gig

 

8096k has a threshold of 200 Gig

10 MBPS has a threshold of 300 Gig

 

For example.

 

1024k will be 3/4 Speed From 6am-6pm and Full Speed after 6pm for first 60 Gig

 

After 60 Gig line will be 1/2 speed from 6am-6pm and 3/4 after 6pm for rest of the Month.
